Having second thoughts?  No worries—we're here to help!  If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your eligible items by  dropping it off (unworn/unwashed and with tags) but no box needed - at a convenient HAPPY RETURN BAR - with over 6000 locations across the Continental US (Please be advised that Alaska and Hawaii are considered International Destinations per our Return Policy with Happy Returns). If you prefer to return it directly, you can choose a FedEx label to mail return instead.  

Simply enter your order number which is "BLANCNOIR" followed by your 5 Digit Order Number found in the title of your Order Confirmation email:  BLANCNOIR12345

Then just enter the same zip code used to complete your order and follow the easy steps.

If you received the item as a Gift, choose that option from the Happy Returns Homepage.  





Blanc Noir accepts returns for unworn/unwashed tagged items within 30 days from the date your order was fulfilled. A flat reprocessing & restock fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund if you return via FedEx mail; $10 if you return via Happy Returns bar.  Please initiate your EASY ONLINE RETURN HERE.



After 30 days from the date your order was fulfilled items are no longer returnable.  Blowout Sale items are final sale. Sale items with prices marked down on the site are final sale. Gift cards are non-returnable. Worn and untagged items are also non-returnable except for defect.


Once your return is received by UPS or Happy Returns/Happy Returns Bar, you will be emailed your refund receipt. If chosen, credit will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to process refunds to credit and debit cards.  If you paid with store credit, you will automatically receive an email with your gift card code to use for future orders. The Happy Returns portal will navigate you through your options to exchange or return.

Exchanges will be confirmed when your return package is received by FedEx.  To ensure your exchange items are still in stock, please ship your package or return in person to a Happy Returns Bar quickly. 


Processing your return is easy!  Simply CLICK HERE and enter your zip code and order number.  All order numbers start with BLANCNOIR followed by numbers.  You can find your order number in your order confirmation email and on the packing slip included in your box.  Select the item you wish to return along with your return reason and refund choice.  Your return shipping label with appear for you to download and print.  You will also be emailed a copy of the return label.  

 1.)  Please place your unworn item(s) in the original packaging with all original tags attached into the same package that you received them in.  If returning at a Happy Returns Returnbar, you do not need to place in packaging.  

2.)  Print the Return Shipping Label and drop your package off at a convenient FedEx shipping location or Happy Returns bar.

Once our warehouse or Happy Return bar receives and inspects your return we will issue your refund.

Orders placed before 10:00am PST will generally be shipped out on the same day.*

Orders placed after 10:00am PST will generally be shipped out on the following day with the exception of orders placed on a Friday. Those orders will ship out on the following Monday or next Business day (if Monday is a holiday). Clients will be notified via email once the order has been shipped.

*Please note that there could be a delay in processing Client orders on the same day if we encounter any issues with the billing information provided.

*We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible but occasionally orders may take longer to ship out of our Fulfillment Center.  

Shipping rates are via our confirmed carrier partners.  Alaska and Hawaii shipments qualify for free shipping per the $300 minimum, but returns will need to be paid by the customer and subject to shipping charges (vs flat rate fees) as they are outside the Continental US.  Returns from Alaska and Hawaii that are self shipped are not insured, unless by the customer.  We recommend insuring the return shipments as we are not liable for lost or stolen packages en route to Blanc Noir.  



All customers were given the option of adding "Route Shipping Protection" to their shipment to ensure proper receipt for all orders shipped prior to 12/31/22.  Adding this extra insurance means Route will work with you in the event your package is not successfully delivered.  All orders placed on or after 2/1/2023 are also eligible for Route Package Protection Plan. Also Orders over $500 (pretax) starting on 2/1/2023 are eligible for complimentary Route Package Protection.  

For all orders ordered between 01/01/23 and 2/1/23 all customers were given the option of adding UPS INSURE-SHIELD Package Protection to their shipment to guarantee their shipment and delivery.  UPS INSURE-SHIELD will work with you in the event your package is not successfully delivered.

Blanc Noir will not be liable for any shipments that have shipped and been delivered and are later claimed by the customer to have been lost or stolen from the delivery premises after FEDEX has officially completed and documented physical delivery of purchased item(s).  It is the clients' responsibility to safeguard the arrival of their purchase by adding the "Route Shipping Insurance" or "Insure Shield Package Protection' option if the customer believes that delivery to their residence may present any issues of becoming lost or stolen.  We have seen a significant increase of lost packages over the past year, so we recommend the use of this service for our customers. In the case of loss without protection we will assist in providing documentation for carrier recovery, however we are not liable or responsible for the carrier decision. Current carrier limitation on coverage reimbursement for packages is $0-$100, and applied at their discretion.  


International orders must clear import/export regulations which could add to the shipping time and may delay delivery of an order. Customers will be responsible for all costs associated with international shipments which may or may not include taxes, duties, and freight costs from 3rd party forwarders associated with the shipment of their order.


Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier, will be returned to Blanc Noir and the customer will be credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping charges. Client will then be required to place a new order and will be responsible for any associated shipping charges incurred.
