SHIPPING + RETURNS

SHIPPING:
Orders placed before 12:00pm PST will generally be shipped out on the same day.*

Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will generally be shipped out on the following day with the exception of orders placed on a Friday. Those orders will ship out on the following Monday or next Business day (if Monday is a holiday). Clients will be notified via email once the order has been shipped.

*Please note that there could be a delay in processing Client orders on the same day if we encounter any issues with the billing information provided.

 

FEDEX "SIGNATURE REQUIRED" OPTIONAL PURCHASE:  

All clients are given the option of adding "Signature Required" to their shipment to ensure proper receipt.  Adding this extra insurance costs $5.00 (USD) and will ensure that FedEx will leave a delivery slip on the door when client is not present to receive the shipment in person.

Blanc Noir will not be liable for any shipments which ship as "No Signature Required" and are later claimed by the client to have been lost or stolen from the delivery residence premises after FedEx has officially completed and documented physical delivery of purchased item(s).  It is the clients' responsibility to safeguard the arrival of their purchase by adding the "Signature Required" option if the client believes that delivery to their residence may present any issues of becoming lost or stolen.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  

International orders must clear import/export regulations which could add to the shipping time and may delay delivery of an order.  Customers will be responsible for all costs associated with international shipments which may or may not include taxes, duties, and freight costs from 3rd party forwarders associated with the shipment of their order.

 

RETURNS:

7 DAY RETURN POLICY:   Blanc Noir will happily accept returns for items purchased from the www.blancnoirusa.com store within 7 business days from the date goods were received. Clients will have 7 business days from date of receipt of goods to formally request a refund via email to avoid 15% restocking Fee. All return shipping costs are to be paid by Client and will be deducted from final refund amount provided back to the Client.  A flat rate of $15.00 will be deducted to cover FedEx Ground Service of your item(s) back to our order processing center.

AFTER 7 DAY RETURN POLICY:  After 7 business days from the date goods were received, all returned goods are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee and all return shipping costs are to be paid by Client and will be deducted from final refund amount provided back to the Client.  A flat rate of $15.00 will be deducted to cover FedEx Ground Service of your item(s) back to our order processing center.

NO RETURNS ALLOWED AFTER 30 DAYS from the date goods were received.

RETURNS CRITERIA:  All Returned Goods must be in unworn and unwashed condition and must have all tags attached, all accessories included and be in original packaging. All Returned Goods must be without all of the following: perfume or other scents, human or animal hair, rips or tears, all other signs of being worn.

 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN:

All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

Clients may request a Return Merchandise Authorization by emailing customercare@blancnoirusa.com by way of replying back to your original Blanc Noir email New Order Confirmation which will reference the 4 Digit Order Number.  

Clients are asked to reply to this initial email so that our order processing system will recognize your incoming email which may otherwise arrive as SPAM and may go unrecognized.

 

HOW WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?

A FedEx Return Shipping Label will be issued and provided to you via separate email.

1.)  Please place your unworn item(s) in the original packaging with all original tags attached into the same package that you received them in.
 
2.)  Print the Return Shipping Label drop off at a convenient FedEx shipping location near you.
Once our warehouse receives the clothing item(s) back and inspects for good standing, we will issue you your proper refund.

 

Once Returned Merchandise arrives at our warehouse, it will take us 3-5 business days to receive, inspect and process.  Client will be notified via email once the return has been completed.

Rejected returns will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order and customers may be charged a $10 rejection fee.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT IS REFUSED/CANNOT BE DELIVERED?

Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier, will be returned to Blanc Noir and the customer will be credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping charges.  Client will then be required to place a new order and will be responsible for any associated shipping charges incurred.
