Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% in love with your purchase. We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items, with the tags still attached within 35 days from the date your order was shipped from our warehouse. All returns are subject to a $15 flat return fee for Fedex returns, or $10 for Happy Return Bar returns that will be automatically deducted from your refund. Exchanges made for another size or Blanc Noir item are free. Returns will NOT be accepted without a return authorization. Return authorizations can be issued using the EASY ONLINE RETURN HERE link below.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
After 35 days from the date your order was shipped from our warehouse items are no longer returnable. Blanc Noir reserves the right to return any item that does not follow the guidelines of our return policy back to the sender.
Gift cards are non-returnable.

What is your holiday return policy?
Happy Holidays! If you made a holiday purchase between Nov. 1st, 2022, and Dec. 24th, 2022, you have until Jan. 15th, 2023 to return or exchange your item. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. We are happy to exchange your gift for another available size or color. All returns will go back to the original form of payment & are subject to a flat $15 RMA fee that will automatically be deducted from your refund.

How do I return or exchange an item?
Have second thoughts? Want another size? No worries—Blanc Noir exchanges and returns are easy! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return your eligible items by mail using our return system. Please see the instructions below.
For International returns email customercare@blancnoirusa.com to start your return.
Please note, if you would like to exchange your order for a different style than the one you purchased, please process a return and then place a new order for your desired item. All returns are subject to a $15 flat return fee that will automatically be deducted from your refund. Exchanges made for another size or Blanc Noir item are free.
STEP 1: Simply CLICK HERE and enter your zip code and order number. All order numbers start with BLANCNOIR followed by 4 numbers. You can find your order number in your order confirmation email.
STEP 2: Select the item you wish to exchange/return along with your reason and refund choice. Your return shipping label with appear for you to download and print. You will also be emailed a copy of the return label.
STEP 3: Place your unworn item(s) in the original packaging with all original tags attached to the same package that you received them in.
STEP 4: Print the Return Shipping Label and drop your package off at a convenient FedEx shipping location.
STEP 5: Once your return is received by FedEx, we will issue your refund or exchange. You will receive an email when it is processed.
Can I return my order using my own shipping?
We only accept returns that are returned using a Blanc Noir provided shipping Label. For the fastest and most accurate returns, we only accept returns with the FedEx labels that we provide. Returns for refunds cannot be processed unless we receive items back via our shipping system and provided label. Our provided labels are the most secure way for us to track the return in case of an issue, we cannot track a return if it is done through a label that we did not provide. Blanc Noir is not responsible for any lost packages that are returned without a Blanc Noir shipping label.
What should I do if I get a damaged or wrong item?
Please send an email to customercare@blancnoirusa.com. Please include your order number, a picture of the damage, and a short description of the issue.
How do I print my return label?
At the end of the return or exchange process, you will have the option to download your shipping label. A copy of this label will also be sent to the email you used to purchase your order.
Don't have a printer? No worries, there is a QR code at the top of every FedEx return label email. Just pull up the label on your mobile device at any local FedEx or participating Walgreens. They can scan the QR code and print the label for you right there!
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, a flat return fee of $15 will be deducted from orders being returned for a refund. There is no fee for Blanc Noir exchanges.
How will I receive my refund?
Blanc Noir refunds will go back to your original payment method. Credit or debit will be issued once your return package is received by the Blanc Noir warehouse. Once your return is received by the warehouse, you will be emailed your refund receipt. Please allow 3-5 business days for your Bank to process refunds back to your credit and debit cards. If you paid with store credit, you will automatically receive an email with a gift card code to use for future orders. If you purchased your order with Afterpay, your refund will post to your Afterpay account the same day it is processed.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your return has been shipped back to us and processed by our warehouse your refund will be processed. You will receive an email when your refund is complete.
Store Credit / Gift Card
If you purchased with store credit, your credit will be available for immediate use. As soon as the return is processed we will email you a gift card.
Original Payment Method
If you purchased with a credit or debit card, you can expect the refund to hit your bank or credit card account within 3-5 business days after the refund is processed.
Afterpay
If you ordered with Afterpay your refund will reflect on your Afterpay account the same day it is processed.
Shipping
What is your holiday shipping policy?
Please note to ensure delivery before December 24th all GROUND SHIPPING holiday orders MUST be placed by December 14th, 2022. After this date, Blanc Noir shipping and FedEx do not guarantee on-time gift arrival for any ground service deliveries. The Blanc Noir shipping warehouse will be closed on Thanksgiving, December 26th, 2022 in observance of Christmas, and January 2nd, 2023 in observance of the New Year. No orders will be shipped out on these days.
Please note we cannot guarantee delivery for international orders as customs timeframes may vary.
ORDERS PLACED ON DECEMBER 19TH - The last day for 3-day shipping is December 19th, 2022. All orders must be placed before 11:00 am PST.
ORDERS PLACED ON DECEMBER 20TH - The last day for 2-day shipping is December 20th, 2022. All orders must be placed before 11:00 am PST.
ORDERS PLACED ON DECEMBER 21ST - The last day for next day air/overnight shipping is December 21st, 2021. All orders must be placed before 11:00 am PST.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 11:00 AM PST will generally be shipped out on the same day*
Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will generally be shipped out on the following business day.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible but occasionally orders may take longer to ship out of our Fulfillment Center. If you need to ensure faster delivery, please choose an expedited shipping option at checkout.
*Please note that there could be a delay in processing orders on the same day if we encounter any issues with the billing information provided. Delays may occur and we will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders will typically ship within 24-48 hours if placed during business days. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible but occasionally orders may take longer to ship out of our Fulfillment Center. If you need to ensure faster delivery, please choose an expedited shipping option.

What is Route Shipping Insurance and should I add it to my shipment?
YES! When you are in your Cart, you will see Route Shipping Protection automatically turned on and added to your shipment. Blanc Noir orders totaling $500+ (before tax & shipping) will receive free Route Shipping insurance coverage. Route Shipping insurance offers you protection if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during delivery. Adding this extra insurance means Route Insurance will work with you up to 60-days after the order is placed, in the event that your package is not successfully delivered. Without this protection, we may not be able to assist you in the event something happens to your package.
Customers have the option to remove Route Insurance during checkout. Blanc Noir will not be liable for any shipments that have shipped and been delivered and are later claimed by the customer to have been lost or stolen from the delivery premises after FedEx has officially completed and documented physical delivery of purchased item(s). It is the clients' responsibility to safeguard the arrival of their purchase by adding the "Route Shipping Insurance" option if the customer believes that delivery to their residence may present any issues of becoming lost or stolen.
How much does shipping cost?
Blanc Noir is excited to offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING of USA orders over $300 before tax. FedEx shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and the shipping method selected.
Where can my items be shipped?
We proudly ship worldwide! Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All orders have to be shipped to a physical address where it is safe for our customers to receive deliveries. International Shipping duty fees and terms apply to all international shipments.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Free shipping is automatically applied to all USA orders over $300 before tax.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! All international orders must clear import/export regulations which could add to the shipping time and may delay delivery of an order. All international customers will be responsible for all costs associated with international shipments which may or may not include taxes, duties, and freight costs from 3rd party forwarders associated with the shipment of their order. Blanc Noir does not collect international taxes and duties at checkout.
Are duties refundable?
We apologize, if you choose to return your order Blanc Noir is not responsible for refunding duties or other fees incurred from 3rd party shippers. We suggest contacting the shipping provider directly to receive a refund of these duties.
What happens if my shipment is refused/cannot be delivered?
Shipped Blanc Noir orders that are either refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier, will be returned to Blanc Noir. The customer will be credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping charges. The customer will then be required to place a new order and will be responsible for any associated shipping charges incurred.
Orders
When will I receive my order?
Blanc Noir orders placed before 11:00 AM PST typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST, typically ship the following business day. When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. Preorders will ship by the date shown on the product page.
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible but occasionally orders may take longer to ship out of our fulfillment center and be delivered. If you need to ensure quick delivery, please choose an expedited shipping option. When selecting Free Ground Shipping over $150 USA or international shipping, please note that we only provide an estimated delivery date. On rare occasions, packages can arrive outside of the estimated delivery date.
USA ORDERS:

How does Pre-Ordering work?
Blanc Noir items are available for pre-order. Pre-orders are orders for items that are not in stock currently but are expected to be available at a later date. The estimated shipping date for the item will be displayed on the product page. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out to you as soon as the product reaches our warehouse. We will do our best to meet the estimated shipping date, but occasional circumstances will create variances in the shipping timeframe. If any delays incur, you can cancel your pre-order at any time for a refund. When your pre-order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.
If you order both pre-order and in-stock items, in-stock items will ship within 48 hours. Your pre-order items will ship separately when they become available.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We apologize but Blanc Noir is not able to cancel or edit any orders once they have been confirmed at checkout by the shopper. This includes no address or size changes. Once your order has been confirmed, the order goes immediately to processing, and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. If your order arrives and you still do not love it we would be happy to walk you through our easy return/ exchange process.
Can I update my shipping address?
We apologize but Blanc Noir is not able to edit any orders once they have been confirmed at checkout by the shopper. This includes no address changes.
Why haven't I received my entire order?
While we do our best to ship all items together, some orders may be shipped in multiple packages. You will receive an email with FedEx tracking information for each shipment that you are going to receive. In the case that an item from your order is not available, we will notify you via email and offer an exchange or refund for that item. If your order contains a pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock items will be shipped separately. Please note that there is no additional charge for split shipments.
Can you alert me if a sold out item comes back in stock?
Select the color and size you would like. On the left side of the product screen, you will see EMAIL WHEN AVAILABLE, click the tab. Please enter your email address and you will be added to the list. Once the item is restocked you will be notified via email.
Do you price match?
We apologize but at this time Blanc Noir does not offer price matching or price adjustments.
My order says delivered but I never received it?
Purchased Route Shipping Insurance? Please use this insurance service that you purchased during checkout. Route insurance covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during delivery. Route Insurance will work with you to investigate and resolve any delivery issues. Based on their findings they can issue refunds and replace lost orders.
Purchased UPS insureshield Shipping Insurance? Please contact us at customercare@blancnoirusa.com for more information.
Didn’t purchase Route insurance? We apologize but Blanc Noir does not cover packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during delivery. We will always do everything we can to help our shoppers but if Route Insurance was removed at checkout we are limited in how we can help. If you need assistance filing a claim with FedEx please contact us and we would be happy to help.
Payments and Promo Codes
I have a promo code. How do I use it?
We love promo codes! Enter your promo code in the ‘Gift Card or Discount Code’ box at checkout and click ‘Apply’. Discount will automatically apply to qualifying Blanc Noir items.
Can I use multiple promo codes?
At this time only one Blanc Noir Promo code can be used per order. You can use both a Blanc Noir Gift Card and a Promo Code when placing an order.
What payment types are accepted?
Blanc Noir checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Cards and Blanc Noir Gift Cards. Orders can also be placed using Afterpay! Please note you can split payments between both a Blanc Noir Gift card and a Credit Card but, we cannot split payments between multiple credit cards.

Can I add different forms of payment to an order?
You can split payments between a Gift Card and valid Credit Card. We cannot split payments across multiple credit cards.
Does Blanc Noir charge sales tax?
Blanc Noir does charge sales tax in states where it applies. Orders being shipped to New York, California, Michigan, Illinois and, Kansas will all be charged local and state sales tax. Please note each states sales tax status is subject to change.
Gift Cards
How do I purchase a Blanc Noir Gift Card?
The best gift is a Blanc Noir gift card! You can purchase a gift card right HERE. Gift cards do not expire and are redeemable only on Blancnoirusa.com.
How do I redeem a Blanc Noir Gift Card?
Enter your gift card code in the ‘Gift Card or Discount/Promo Code’ box at checkout and click ‘Apply’. The amount of the gift card will automatically apply to the total at checkout.
How do I check my Gift Card balance?
To check your eGift Card balance, simply enter your eGift Card claim code during checkout and click “Apply”. If you still have questions about your Gift Card balance, please contact customer care via email or live chat for additional details.
What happens to the rest of my Gift Card if I don't use it all at once?
If your Blanc Noir order total is less than the amount of your eGift Card, the remainder will be available using the same claim code for future purchases. If your order total is more than the amount of your eGift Card, you will need to pay the remaining balance using another payment method.
If I use a gift card and cancel or return my order, how will I be refunded?
When you return or cancel a Blanc Noir order that was paid for using a Blanc Noir gift card, you will be emailed a new eGift card in the amount of the transaction. We are not able to add funds to an existing gift card or one that has been previously used.
If I paid with a credit card and a gift card, how will I receive my refund?
If all items are returned or canceled, you will receive a refund in the exact form of payment the items were purchased. If the order is partially returned or canceled your funds will first go to the credit card used if the refund amount of less than or equal to the amount originally charged on that credit card. Any balance over that amount will be refunded in the form of a new Gift Card that is emailed to you.
How long will it take to receive my gift card refund?
As soon as your return is shipped back to us, you will receive your gift card refund. If we have canceled an order where a Gift Card was used as payment, you will receive your new eGift Card immediately via email upon completion of the order cancellation.
Afterpay
What is Afterpay?
Installments by Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments. These payments are made every 2 weeks without any interest.

How do I use Afterpay?
Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At checkout choose 'Installments by Afterpay' as your payment method. Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments by Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.
First time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!
Can I use Afterpay if I am an international customer?
We apologize, installments using Afterpay are only available to customers with both a US billing address & a US mobile phone number. International billing addresses will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.
Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction?
Yes, transaction value limits apply to purchases made on BlancNoirUSA.com using Installments by Afterpay. The value limit is $1000 USD for all Blanc Noir orders paid for using Afterpay.
What products are not eligible for Afterpay purchases?
Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards. If you are purchasing gift cards along with Afterpay eligible products, you will need to place two separate orders.
How does the payment schedule work?
All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted automatically every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your schedule pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account. You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.
How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Afterpay?
If you have changed your mind, you can return your Afterpay purchases as you would normally using our easy return/ exchange system HERE. Please check that your return or exchange meets our Return policy.
Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.

WHAT IS THE BLANC NOIR REWARDS PROGRAM?
The Blanc Noir Rewards Program rewards you for shopping on our site. For every 2,000 points earned you will receive a $20 Blanc Noir reward certificate. $1 USD is equal to 1 Blanc Noir Point. This reward certificate can be redeemed on blancnoirusa.com. Members can reach a tier level (Insider, Influencer, Icon) to receive shopping benefits for that tier along with rewards.

HOW CAN I EARN BLANC NOIR POINTS?
You can earn points on anything you purchase on blancnoirusa.com and other qualifying Blanc Noir promotions. Points will be applied to your account 30 days from the date of shipment. Taxes, fees, shipping services (including Route shipping insurance), and reward certificates applied to purchase do not qualify for points. Points will also be removed for returned items.
HOW DO I USE MY BLANC NOIR REWARDS?
Blanc Noir Rewards are automatically available to you at checkout in your cart. Make sure you are logged into your blancnoirusa.com account before completeing your purchase.
WHAT DO I GET WITH MY BLANC NOIR POINTS?
Once you have earned 2,000 points on blancnoirusa.com, we will automatically convert those points to $20 in Blanc Noir Rewards that can be used to shop.
DO BLANC NOIR POINTS EXPIRE?
Blanc Noir Rewards earned will expire 365 days after you shop. All unused points will no longer be valid.
WHY DIDN'T I EARN REWARDS POINTS ON MY PURCHASE?
The most common reasons you might not have earned points on a purchase are:
You checked out as a guest. Make sure you log in to your account before checking out so we can apply points to your account. Points for a transaction can not be added to your account after a cart is checked out and an order is completed.
You returned your purchase. All points earned from the item, including bonus points earned during an event, will be deducted from your account when an item is returned. It is possible your account could have a negative balance after the return is processed.
The item you purchased is excluded from points. Items may be excluded from earning points and benefits.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS WHEN I RETURN ITEMS?

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH REWARDS?
If you return an item that was purchased with a Blanc Noir Reward, the reward amount will not be refunded or re-issued back to your Blanc Noir Rewards account.
HOW CAN I ACHIEVE A HIGHER BLANC NOIR REWARD PROGRAM STATUS?
You are placed into a VIP tier based on your points earned. The three tiers are Icon, Influencer, and Insider. Make eligible purchases to earn points and increase your Blanc Noir Rewards VIP tier status!
HOW LONG WILL MY LOYALTY STATUS AND BENEFITS LAST?
Blanc Noir Rewards Program tiers and their benefits are good for the 365 days in which you qualify. After 365 days, you must requalify for tier status and benefits.
We reserve the right to alter or discontinue the program at any time, at which point you can no longer earn points and your benefits will no longer be valid.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO LOSE ACCESS TO THE POINTS AND BENEFITS I'VE EARNED?
Blanc Noir Rewards Program tiers, points, and their benefits will expire immediately if we end the Blanc Noir Rewards Program. Blanc Noir reserves the right to disqualify any member from participating or to cancel your participation in the rewards program if we believe you are reselling products, manipulating the program, engaging in fraud, abusing rewards privileges, or otherwise acting in a way that is inconsistent with the program’s intent, or for any other reason we feel necessary. If your account is canceled or you opt out of the Blanc Noir Rewards Program, you forfeit any unused program points or rewards that have not been redeemed.
