Processing your return is easy!
STEP 1: Simply CLICK HERE and enter your zip code and order number. All order numbers start with BLANCNOIR followed by 4 numbers. You can find your order number in your order confirmation email.
STEP 2: Select the item you wish to return along with your return reason and refund choice. Your return shipping label with appear for you to download and print. You will also be emailed a copy of the return label.
STEP 3: Place your unworn item(s) in the original packaging with all original tags attached into the same package that you received them in.
STEP 4: Print the Return Shipping Label and drop your package off at a convenient FedEx shipping location.
STEP 5: Once your return is received by FedEx, we will issue your refund. You will receive an email when your refund is processed.
